(3) The grantor has constructed a sewer beneath the surface of the said piece of land coloured pink and is connected with the main sewer marked at the point marked X on the said map, the course of which sewer is shown on the said map by dotted lines between the point marked X and Y thereon.

(4) At the request of the grantee, the grantor has agreed in to grant consideration of the payment of the sum of Rs . ???to grantee such rights in respect of the said sewer as are hereinafter described.

TO HOLD all the said rights and liberties hereby granted unto the grantee
