THE aforesaid licence is being granted with following conditions to which both the licensor and the licensee agree and abide.

The licensee shall not cause any damage nor shall effect any alternations in the aforesaid premises.
The licence may be put to an end either by the lapse of time provided under this deed of licence or by giving 15 days notice by the licensor to this effect to be delivered to the licensee at the address…………
At the termination of the licence the licensee shall hand over peaceful possession of the said premises to the licensor.
All taxes rates and charges except the House-tax shall be payable by the licensee.
This agreement shall never be constructed as any tenancy agreement or lease agreement or otherwise creating any other right or interest in the premises in favour of the licensee.
The licensee shall use and occupy the premises under the control and supervision of the licensor who shall be responsible for care, supervision and maintenance of the premises.
The default in payment of licence fee in the manner hereinafter prescribed, shall entitle the licensor to revoke the licence at this absolute discretion and to reoccupy the said premises without subjecting himself to any liability on that count.
