THIS AGREEMENT is being made
BETWEEN
The Committee of Management of the ___________________________ College ("the Committee") of
the one part;
AND

of_____________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as "Employee") of the other
part.
IT IS AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES AS FOLLOWS:
