That the Tenancy in respect of the aforesaid premises shall be regulated according to English Calendar month, commencing with the 1st day of each month and ending with the last day of the said month.

That the corporation Tax, Cess, Land Revenue and any other statutory taxes etc. to all the concerned authorities in respect of the aforesaid premises shall be paid by the Lessor.

That the Tenant shall allow the Landlord/Lessor or his authorized agent for inspection and supervision of the said premises at all such times, as and when the situation so demands.

The Lessor hereby agrees with the Lessee as follows:-

That the Lessor before delivering the possession of the leasehold premises, shall do the works of painting and electric wiring inside the premises

That the Lessor shall do necessary maintenance of the leasehold premises time to time.

That the Lessee, paying the rent hereby reserved and observing and performing the conditions and covenants herein contained, shall quietly and peaceably hold, possess and enjoy the demised premises, without any interruption and disturbance by the Lessor or any person claiming under or in trust for her.
