4. That since I am a Realestate Developer, I went to the Bank for getting details of the Property and there after I visited the subject property after getting details of the Property from the Bank.

5. That since I was interested to purchase the said property I attended on ______ (day)_______(month), ______(year) before the Learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Kolkata at ________(Name of place) camp for making my offer.

6. That when the above matter was taken up by the Leaned Tribunal Court, I submitted my offer orally for Rs. __________ (Rupees in word) only for purchasing the said property, but my offer was not considered and recorded by the Learned Tribunal Court as the valuation of the property was not made properly and no reserve price was fixed and as a result thereof I left the Court.
