APPLICATION FOR INTERIM MAINTENANCE UNDER SECTION 26 OF THE HINDU MARRIAGE ACT, 1955

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

That the Applicant is currently facing severe financial difficulties, with no means of income or skills to secure employment, making her unable to support herself and her children.

That the Respondent is financially well-off, with a successful telecommunications business as his primary source of income, supplemented by other revenue streams. Despite having ample financial resources, the Respondent has neglected his legal and moral obligation to maintain the Applicant and their children.

PRAYER:

In light of the facts and circumstances stated above, it is most humbly prayed that this Honorable Court may be pleased to:
